Solid purchase

While it is a bit large for a pocket comb, I did not intend to use it for a pocket comb. For a regular daily use comb, it is great! Helps maintain frizz way better than plastic combs. I have very curly hair, and I like that the teeth are wider set than most pocket combs but not too wide set that it doesn’t take out tangles.

Looks lovely on my sink

Like the previous reviewer, I bought to use as a regular comb, and it's perfect for that. I made the mistake of running it through my hair a little more aggressively than I should have because I'm used to a plastic comb, but now I'm used to the new material and love how it looks on my sink. The ritual of combing my hair feels much more luxurious now. This comb is especially helpful for parting my hair and combing my fringe forward; it has a lot of precision.

Perfect for me

I have thick, straight hair and this comb is an absolute dream. I'm never switching back to plastic or brushes ever again. I do not style my hair, so I do not blowdry it or use the comb when my hair is wet. Not sure how well it would hold up to that. For regular use though on dry hair, you can't beat it. I do also agree with the other reviewer that this is much larger than a standard pocket comb. If that's what you are trying to replace, you may be a bot disappointed.
