This Hello cup is perfect for your period needs. It comes in a plastic free cardboard canister and can be used to store your cup when not in use. Each canister contains 1 Hello Cup, GOTS Certifed Organic drawstring bag and care instructions.

Dimensions: L x 3.15" W x 3.15" H x 4.72

  1. Fold your Hello Cup using a shallow punch down fold making sure it doesn't go deeper than the bottom of the "hello" lettering on the side of your cup.
  2. Angle the tip along the back wall of your vagina and slide your cup in.
  3. When your fingers reach the entrance of your vagina, let your cup unfold inside the vagina and use the toggle to push your cup into place keeping it angled toward your spine.
  4. Before attempting to remove your cup, make sure you release your pelvic floor muscles - this is essential to make removing your cup stress-free.
  5. If your cup has moved out of reach, bare down like you are doing a poo. This will lower it so you can reach the toggle.
  6. Squeeze the base of the cup at the grip rings to release any suction and slowly pull your cup down.

Care Instructions: Rinse your Hello Cup with cold water after each removal to help prevent stains. Clean with gentle soap and rinse. If you're not near a tap it's fine to simply wipe out your cup with toilet paper and reinsert until you can rinse it.

Sterilize your Hello Cup before use and at the end of your cycle by boiling in water for 3 minutes.

Sizing:

XS cup is the smallest, softest cup. It’s the perfect choice for teenagers, petite users or those who prefer a ‘mini’ tampon.

S/M is the ‘one size fits most’ menstrual cup. Recommend for users under 35 – regardless of whether they have had children or not.

L is best for those over 35 who feel it’s a bit roomier up there (possibly thanks to pushing out a small human or two). It’s worth noting that we find physically fit people are often best suited to the S/M regardless of age.

This Hello Cup is an alternative to single use period products. Each Hello Cup will save the equivalent of over 2000 single use products like pads or tampons in its 5 year lifetime.

100% Medical Grade Thermoplastic Elastomer

Made in New Zealand.

This Black Menstrual Cup comes in a cardboard canister with a 100% Organic Cotton drawstring bag.

The cardboard canister is recyclable in paper recycling.

The 100% Organic Cotton drawstring bag is backyard biodegradable.

The menstrual cup can be recycled through Terracycle.
