How do we measure our success? We like to look at the overall impact of the products we are selling. Since opening we’ve kept an estimated 4,025,600 plastic straws, 3,061,240 plastic bags and 1,419,260 non-recyclable bottles and cups out of landfill, to name a few.

We also view success as helping our brands take steps to reduce their waste. We have a strict packaging policy and since opening, we have helped many of the brands that we work with to make changes within their companies to reduce plastic usage, packaging, and waste.


Job Overview:

Warehouse Associate:
 

The Warehouse Associate will support all efforts required to ship orders, with a specific focus on receiving, inventory management, and supply creation and maintenance. Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:

What You'll Do:  

  • Receive and verify incoming orders and organize inventory based on warehouse layout
  • Replenish from back stock storage to main pick aisles of warehouse
  • Maintain a clean working environment
  • Support Warehouse Coordinator, Pack Lead, Pick Lead with other warehouse duties as needed
  • Provide real time and weekly feedback on operations and experience
  • Ability to handle physical workload, carry merchandise and boxes up to 50lbs
  • Uphold consistent inventory accuracy and controls
  • Return inventory that is incorrectly packaged and/or inaccurate shipments to vendors at vendor’s expense

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years relevant warehouse experience in a fast­-paced, creative environment
  • 2+ years relevant inventory management experience in a wholesale/retail environment
  • Time management and organizational skills  
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge & interest in Sustainability and/or Zero-Waste
