Distilled water, rosa centifolia (rose water), hamamelis virginiana (witch hazel), glycerin (vegetable glycerine), lactobacillus ferment (lactobacillus)

Use toner until it is gone but the liquid can be composted. 

The glass bottle can be recycled in glass recycling or single stream recycling.
